WHAT can be returned?
Items which are discovered to be faulty or damaged upon receipt can be returned.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Faulty or damaged items must be reported to us immediately by email (returns@nervegas.com.au) and returned within 5 days of receipt of the item.

HOW do customers return items?
Please return any items which comply with the above returnability rules in secure, padded packaging. If it is possible to re-use the original packaging from us, please do so.

SHIPPING for returns?
If the return items are sent to the Australia Post Reply Paid address (from an Australian address) as listed above, there will be no charge for shipping.

CREDIT for returns?
Your PayPal account will be credited once the return items have been successfully processed at our warehouse.
