Following the success of "Eight Moons", Biomechanical decided to take their orchestral-infused thrash metal to Elitist/Earache Records, signing a four album deal in November 2004, This new partnership led to the release of "Empire of the Worlds", produced by Nevermore and Machine Head producer Andy Sneap, The assault of this record catapulted Biomechanical into a frenzy, touring alongside bands such as Stampin' Ground and Shadows Fall in 2005 and recording a four-song session that would take them onto the airwaves of BBC radio.
