The year's compilation for charity features 2CDs full of unreleased and exclusive tracks from some of the hottest bands in the scene including Cobra Starship, Bring Me The Horizon, All Time Low, 3OH!3, Taking Back Sunday, Mayday Parade, and many more, The compilation release is directly connected to the Take Action Tour now in it's 9th annual year in the US and 2nd in Australia, with the 2009 tour spearheaded by All Time Low and Set Your Goal raising over $17,000 for ReachOut.com, an Australian youth service dedicated to reducing youth suicide, This achievement is set to repeat itself off the back of this year's eclectic line-up featuring Ohio's Attack Attack!, San Diego's Pierce The Veil and Melbourne's newcomers Dream, On Dreamer as tour local support, Coinciding with the Australian tour, the release of the Take Action Volume 9 2CD set will be in stores as of August 13 via Hopeless Records, Sub City Non-Profit and Shock Distribution, with a portion of proceeds also going to ReachOut.com.
